Adviser Pull is a research tool that looks up publicly available SEC filings and generates a summary spreadsheet. It does not have user accounts, does not require sign-in, and is not designed to collect personal information about the people who use it.

What we don't do

What happens when you run a search

When you type a firm name, that query is sent to this app's server, which forwards it to the SEC's public Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) search API to find matching firms. When you select a firm and generate a sheet, the server downloads that firm's Form ADV filing and its Schedule A / Schedule B ownership disclosures directly from the SEC. None of this is tied to who you are — the server does not log, store, or associate searches with any visitor identity.

Generated spreadsheets

Spreadsheets are generated in memory and streamed directly to your browser as a download. The server does not retain a copy after the request completes.

Third-party data sources

Search results, filing data, and ownership information (Schedule A and Schedule B) all come from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's public IAPD system (adviserinfo.sec.gov). Requests to the SEC happen server-side; your browser only ever talks to this app.
